  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Trim chicken breasts into bite-sized 1 to 1.5-inch chunks.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken pieces and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 15 minutes (up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).
  3. Preheat an outdoor grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Grill chicken pieces for 5–7 minutes per side until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Remove from heat, let rest for a few minutes, garnish with dried parsley if using, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For best flavor, allow enough marinating time. You can substitute olive oil with avocado or canola oil, and lemon juice with apple cider vinegar. Add cayenne or chili powder to make it spicier!
