Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon (freshly squeezed)
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup warm or room-temperature water
- Optional: Ice cubes
Instructions
- Measure 1 cup of warm water or steep 2 tablespoons of butterfly pea flowers in hot water for 10 minutes (optional), then strain.
- Add 1 tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar to the water.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the mixture.
- Grate and add 1/2 teaspoon of fresh ginger.
- Optionally sweeten with 1 teaspoon of raw honey or maple syrup. Stir to dissolve.
- Mix everything thoroughly for 30 seconds to combine ingredients well.
- Serve immediately while warm or pour over ice for a cold version.
Notes
For enhanced benefits, drink on an empty stomach in the morning. Use fresh ingredients for best results and avoid boiling water which can reduce potency.
